The Hawaii Supreme Court reinstated an injured nurse’s appeal of a decision compelling her to attend additional independent medical examinations after she allegedly suffered injuries at her first exam.
Lola Suzuki worked for American Healthways Inc. as a registered nurse. She reported experiencing a work-related injury on Nov. 28, 2006.
