TDI Adopts Deductible Update to Statistical Plan

The Texas Department of Insurance on Tuesday said it adopted an update to the Statistical Plan for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance, correcting an error by removing an expiration date for deductible plan code “13.” A 2017 order inadvertently added a July 1, 2018, expiration date for the deductible code, the department said.
