The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that it will resume the normal process of setting all cases with a start time of 9:30 a.m. in August.
While the commission is terminating individual times for each case, it said it would reduce the number of cases on each general document to limit the number of people on-site.
Video remote hearings will continue to be scheduled as necessary.
The commission also noted that the state moved from to a lower emergency level, effective June 1, and no longer requires people to complete screening questionnaires to access state facilities...
