Guard Insurance Names New Exec VP

Guard Insurance Group, a workers' compensation specialist based on Wilkes-Barre, Pa., has named Rich Zatorski executive vice president of insurance operations. In his new role, Zatorski is responsible for the overall profitability of the company and has direct authority over underwriting, pricing, sales and claim activities for field and home-office operations.
