XL Insurance Appoints Ceded Reinsurance Head

XL Insurance announced Monday the appointment of Robert Andrews as head of its global ceded reinsurance operations. Andrews will oversee XL Insurance's global ceded reinsurance operations and the placement of its reinsurance treaties.
