Employers can now access workers' compensation case information via workcompcentral.
If you have had a workers' compensation case in litigation before, you know how frustrating it is trying to get a status, or how difficult it can be to learn of other work comp cases that affect your employment force.
The State of California permits interested parties to make inquiries into the work comp system to get case information or investigate prior litigated injury claims through its EDEX system. You can avail yourself of this valuable information economically and dynamically for as little as $50.00 per year plus a paid subscription. Read more about this great capability by reviewing the EDEX FAQ.
California law prohibits discriminating against any employee in any manner on the basis of making or participating in a workers' compensation claim.
