XL Capital Appoints Senior VP for Ratings

XL Capital Ltd. on Monday announced that it has appointed Frederick R. Loeloff as senior vice president of ratings and finance development. Loeloff will report to Global Treasurer Michael E. Mathisen. XL said Loeloff will be the company's primary contact with all ratings agencies and will manage all ratings agency relationships, strategies, models and initiatives.
