National Council of Self-Insurers Names Jill Dulich as Interim Executive Director

Costa Mesa, CA September 5, 2017: The National Council of Self-Insurers has named Ms. Jill Dulich as their Interim Executive Director. Effective September 1, 2017, Ms. Dulich assumed the role of Interim Executive Director and will lead NCSI as it undergoes a transformation to rebrand the organization and achieve its long term goals as the national voice for workers’ compensation self-insurers.
Ms. Dulich is also the current Claims and Operations Manager for the California Self-lnsurers’ Security Fund. Prior to that she had a 32 year career with Marriott International as their Senior Director, Western Region Claims handling workers’ compensation and general liability claims for Marriott managed properties in eight western states. In total, Ms. Dulich has 44 years of experience in workers’ compensation in the insurance, TPA and self-insured self-administered arenas.
The National Council of Self-Insurers was created in 1946 and is an organization of corporate, state association and professional members. The Council represents 3500 employers.
The initial and primary interest of the National Council of Self-Insurers is workers' compensation and particularly self-insurance of the workers' compensation liability. It speaks at the national level on issues affecting both subjects. The Council also serves as a national education forum for employers and provides information to self-insured companies and state self-insurer associations.
