§ R20-5-903 Outline of Agency Construction Programs
| To the extent practicable, at the beginning of each fiscal year, each agency using wage determinations shall be requested to provide the Industrial Commission with a general outline of its proposed construction programs for the coming year indicating the estimated number of projects for which wage determinations will be required, the anticipated types of construction, and the constructions locations. |
