§ R20-5-904 Procedures for Requesting Wage Determinations

The awarding agent awarding a contract for public work on behalf of the state or a political subdivision thereof shall request the prevailing rate of per diem wages from the Industrial Commission for each craft or type of workman needed to perform the contract.


1. The request should include the location of the proposed project and a sufficiently detailed description of the work to indicate the type of construction.
