§ R20-5-907 Scope of Consideration

A. In making a wage rate determination, projects completed more than 1 year prior to the date of the request for the determination may, but need not, be considered.


B. If there has been no similar construction within the area in the past year, wage rates paid on similar construction in the nearest locality may be considered.
