§ R20-5-912 Resolution of Apprenticeship Wage Complaints
| If, during the conduct of an investigation, the Labor Department is faced with determining whether a workman should be paid as an apprentice, it shall consider the payment of an apprentice wage as ascertained under A.R.S. 34-324(A) to only those workmen participating in a program, the standards of which have been established and approved by the apprenticeship advisory council within the Department of Economic Security pursuant to A.R.S. 23-221 et al. |
