§ 108.1 Liability insurers as workers' compensation insurers
| Insurers admitted to transact liability insurance are also
deemed to be admitted to transact workers' compensation insurance for the purpose of covering those persons defined as employees of subdivision (d) of Section 3351 of the Labor Code. |
