§ 1400 Surplus depositor's exemption from assessment liability
| Each such subscriber maintaining a surplus deposit equal to,
and in addition to, the amount of the total current annual premium deposit provided in his policy, shall have no liability for assessment during the period such surplus deposit is so maintained. |
