§ Compliance by QMEs with IMC Guidelines

Any evaluation pursuant to Labor Code 4060, 4061, and 4062 shall be performed in compliance with all appropriate evaluation procedures pursuant to Article 4 of this Chapter. History: New section added, effective 5/14/00.
