§ 2628 Ineligibility during period of eligibility for unemployment compensation benefits
| An individual is not eligible for disability benefits with
respect to any period for which the director finds that he has received or is entitled to receive unemployment compensation benefits under Part 1 of this division or under an unemployment compensation act of any other state or of the Federal Government. |
