§ 2705 Disability benefits claim by another after death of eligible employee
| Where an individual who would be eligible to receive
disability benefits dies before making a claim therefor, the director may in accordance with authorized regulations allow the filing of a claim for such benefits by a person legally entitled thereto under Section 1341. |
