compensation disability benefits reduced by the amount of temporary workers' compensation received for any day under Section 2629, it shall not be necessary that he or she obtain a certificate of a physician as required by Section 2708 to receive the reduced amount of disability benefits for that day; provided, that the claimant submits evidence to the department of receipt of temporary disability benefits under a workers' compensation law for that day.
