§ Examination of carriers.
The department may examine each carrier as often as is warranted to ensure that carriers are fulfilling their obligations under the law. The examination may cover any period of the carrier's operations since the last previous examination. History.--s. 51, ch. 93-415; s. 52, ch. 2002-194. |
