§ 59A-29.009 Carrier Responsibilities.
| (1) Beginning 12 months following the effective date of this rule, a carrier shall authorize only certified health care providers to provide services to injured employees.
(2) A carrier shall transfer the care of an injured employee from the care of a suspended or decertified health care provider to the care of a certified health care provider.
