§ 69L-3.0214 Aggregate Defense Attorney Fee Report
| Every Carrier, self-insured employer, and self-insured fund (Carrier) shall complete and send to the Division on an annual basis LES Form |^DWC-51| ,Aggregate Defense Attorney Fee Report, incorporated by reference in rule section 38F- 3.025. This report shall contain fees and wages for the categories listed therein, paid to attorneys for services rendered under Chapter 440, and total number of claims for which defense fees were paid for counsel associated with contested workers compensation claims. The report for each calendar year shall be sent to the Division on or before March 31st of the next calendar year.
