| All questions arising under this Act, if not settled by agreement of the parties interested therein, shall, except as otherwise provided, be determined by the Commission.

Note: When an employer is faced with conflicting medical opinions from the employee's doctor and the employer's IME, an employer may not rely solely on an IME in terminating an employee for failing to return to work or for failing to call in his absences.
