§ Distribution of Industrial Commission Handbook
An employer, upon receiving notice of an accident reportable pursuant to Section 6(b), shall deliver the Industrial Commission instruction Handbook, or determine that the employee has such handbook, published in Section 15(a) to the injured employee. An employer, individually or by his agent, service company or insurance carrier shall indicate upon filing a first report of injury as provided in Section 6(b), of the Act, that a copy of the handbook published by the Industrial Commission as provided in Section 15(a) of the Act has been delivered to the injured employee. |
