§ 7120.10 Prohibition of Payment or Thing of Value to Commission Personnel
| It shall be a violation of the rules of the Industrial Commission for any party to a proceeding, a representative of any party to a proceeding, or any other person, firm or corporation having an interest in or connection with a pending proceeding or pay, lend or deliver or cause to be paid, lent or delivered to any member or employee of the Industrial Commission any money or other thing of value. |
