§ 30E Development of voluntary agreements
| It shall be the policy of the department to encourage and assist in the development of voluntary agreements between injured employees and insurers to provide and utilize vocational rehabilitation services when necessary to return such employees to suitable gainful employment. The department shall promulgate rules and regulations to implement such policy. |
