§ 175.008 Code enforcement advisory council; creation.
| The commissioner shall appoint an 11 member advisory
council on code enforcement. The terms, compensation, removal of council members, and expiration of the council are governed by section 15.059, except that the advisory council shall not expire before June 30, 2003. The council shall advise the commissioner on matters within the council's expertise or under the regulation of the commissioner.
