§ 176.1021 Continuing education; compensation judges.
| The commissioner and the chief administrative law judge
shall provide continuing education and training for workers' compensation judges in the conduct of administrative hearings, new trends in workers' compensation, techniques of alternative dispute resolution and, at least annually, continuing education in the areas of physical and vocational rehabilitation.
