§ 176.186 Records from other state agencies.
| Notwithstanding any other state law to the contrary except
chapter 270B, the commissioner may obtain from the department of economic security, and office of the secretary of state, or any other state agency, upon request, names or lists of employers doing business in the state. This information shall be treated by the commissioner in the manner provided by chapter 13 and shall be used only for insurance verification by the commissioner.
