§ 5210.0040 PETITION FOR ADOPTION, MODIFICATION, OR REVOCATION OF
| Any interested person may file with the commissioner, a
written petition for the adoption, modification, or revocation of a standard. The petition should include, or be accompanied by, the proposed standard, a statement of the intended effect, and the reasons for the standard.
