§ 5210.0090 CERTIFICATION OF HEARING RECORD.
| Upon completion of the oral presentations, a certified
transcript of the hearing, together with written submissions on the proposed rule, exhibits filed during the hearing, and all posthearing comments, recommendations, and supporting reasons shall be transmitted to the commissioner.
