§ 5210.0300 PARTICIPATION IN PROTECTED ACTIVITIES.
| If the participation by an employee in an activity
protected by the act or the exercise by an employee on behalf of the employee or others of any right granted under the act was a substantial causative factor entering into a person's decision to discharge an employee or take other adverse action against an employee, the person has committed a discriminatory action in violation of the act.
