§ 5210.0554 FILING.
| Subpart 1. Filing by mail and personal delivery. All
pleadings and other documents must be filed with the commissioner before a case is assigned to an administrative law judge. After the case has been assigned to an administrative law judge, all pleadings or other documents must be filed with the administrative law judge at the address given in the notice informing the parties of the assignment. All pleadings and documents may be filed by postage prepaid first class mail, personal delivery, or facsimile transmission according to part 5210.0007.
