§ 5210.0557 FORM OF PLEADINGS.
| Except as provided in parts 5210.0533 to 5210.0542 and
5210.0557 to 5210.0570, pleadings and other documents must comply with parts 1400.5100 to 1400.8401. The pleadings and other documents must include the commissioner's and the administrative law judge's docket number.
Pleadings and other documents, other than exhibits, must be typewritten or otherwise be legible on 8-1/2 by 11 inch paper.
