§ 5210.0561 SIGNATURE ON PLEADINGS.
| Pleadings must be signed by the party filing or by the
party's representative. Signing constitutes a representation by the signer that the signer has read the document or pleading, that to the best of the signer's knowledge, information, and belief the statements made in it are true, and that it is not interposed for delay.
