§ 5210.0589 PROTECTION OF TRADE SECRETS AND OTHER CONFIDENTIAL
| On application by a person in a proceeding where trade
secrets or other matters may be divulged, the administrative law judge shall issue orders as appropriate to protect the confidentiality of these matters.
