§ 5210.0810 EFFECT OF VARIANCES.
| All variances granted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
section 182.655, subdivisions 5 to 9, shall have only future effect. The commissioner may decline to entertain an application for a variance on a subject or issue concerning a citation that has been issued to the employer seeking the variance if the citation has been contested.
