§ 5210.0870 MULTISTATE VARIANCES.
| If a federal variance is granted with multistate
applicability and the employer has not filed a separate application in accordance with part 5210.0820 or 5210.0830 with the commissioner, the granted variance shall be considered to be applicable in Minnesota under the following conditions:
A. the multistate application included Minnesota;
B. the standard from which the variance is granted is identical to a Minnesota occupational safety and health standard; and
C. no objections are received.
