§ 5215.0100 SCOPE OF RULES.
| This chapter governs all proceedings before the
Occupational Safety and Health Review Board.
In the absence of a specific provision, procedures and standards of review shall be in accordance with chapter 1400 and the Administrative Procedure Act, Minnesota Statutes, chapter 14.
