§ 5215.1600 SIGNATURE ON PLEADINGS.

Documents filed with the board must be signed by the party

or intervenor filing the document or the party's or intervenor's representative. Signing constitutes a representation by the signer that the signer has read the document or pleading, that to the best of the signer's knowledge, information, and belief the statements made in it are true, and that it is not interposed for purposes of delay or harassment.
