§ 606.120 Employer to provide division with certain information concerning newly hired employees; division to include in directory information received from employers; civil penalty for noncompliance

1. Each employer shall, within the time prescribed in 42 U.S.C. &#167 653a, provide to the division a report that contains the information required pursuant to 42 U.S.C. &#167 653a concerning an employee.

2. The division shall include in the directory of newly hired employees the information received pursuant to this section within 5 business days after the receipt of the information. 3. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, the division may adopt by regulation a civil penalty of less than $25 for an employer who fails to comply with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. &#167 653a. Any such penalty must be imposed by the division after notice and an opportunity for a hearing.
