§ 608.1585 Notice to employee upon termination of his employment of his right to be issued insurance to replace group policy
| If an employer is the policyholder of a policy of group life or health insurance which covers his employees, he shall give each employee upon the termination of his employment written notice of his right to be issued by the insurer a policy of life or health insurance to replace the group policy.
