§ 607.010 Practice rules: Scope and construction.
| 1. This regulation governs all practice and procedure before the labor commissioner whenever he is acting to adopt regulations or to determine contested cases.
2. This regulation applies to the state apprenticeship council whenever it acts to adopt regulations or hold hearings regarding alleged violations of an apprenticeship agreement.
