§ 607.150 Practice rules: Pleadings: Filing.
| 1. An original and eight legible copies of every pleading must be filed with the council in all matters before it.
2. An original and two legible copies of every pleading must be filed with the commissioner in all matters before him. 3. The council or commissioner may direct that the party who filed a pleading make copies of it available to any other person who has requested copies, if the council or commissioner first determines that the person making the request may be affected by the proceeding.
