§ 607.310 Practice rules: Hearings: Notice.
| 1. Hearings of a matter before the commissioner will be held before the commissioner or his duly appointed representative.
2. Hearings of a matter before the council will be held before three or more members of the council. 3. Notice of the place, date and hour of a hearing must be served at least 20 days before the date set for the hearing. 4. A hearing which has previously been continued may be reset on at least 10 days' notice. 5. Every hearing will be held at a place in the state designated by the commissioner or council in the notice of hearing. |
