§ 607.360 Practice rules: Hearings: Order of procedure.
| Matters will be heard at a hearing in the following order:
1. Opening statements for complainant and respondent. 2. Presentation of complainant's case, followed by cross-examination. 3. Presentation of respondent's case, if any, followed by cross-examination. 4. Rebuttal testimony by complainant, if any. 5. Rebuttal testimony by respondent, if any. 6. Closing arguments: (a) Argument for complainant. (b) Argument for respondent. (c) Rebuttal argument for complainant. |
