§ 607.420 Practice rules: Stipulations

1. With the approval of the commissioner or the presiding member of the council, the parties may stipulate to any fact at issue by written stipulation introduced in evidence as an exhibit or by oral statements shown upon the record.

2. Any stipulation is binding upon all parties to it, and may be treated as evidence at the hearing. 3. The commissioner or the presiding member of the council may demand proof by requiring evidence of facts stipulated.
