§ 608.270 Certificate required.
| 1. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 608.265, a handicapped worker may not be employed at a special minimum wage except pursuant to a certificate issued by:
(a) The division, pursuant to NAC 608.200 to 608.370, inclusive; or (b) The Wage and Hour Division. 2. A person who is not a handicapped worker may not be employed under a certificate.
