§ 608.315 Recording information concerning determination of prevailing wage.
| An employer who determines the prevailing wage as provided in paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NAC 608.310 shall record the following information concerning his determination:
1. The date of each contact with a firm or other source of information; 2. The name, address and telephone number of each firm or other source of information; 3. The name and title of the person contacted within each such firm or source of information; 4. A description of the information provided relating to the wage; 5. A brief description of the work for which the wage information is provided; 6. The size of the firm in terms of employees; and 7. The basis for the conclusion that the wage represents that paid to experienced nondisabled workers.
