§ 656.256 Considerations for rules regarding certain rural hospitals.
| Whenever the Workers' Compensation Division of the Department of Consumer and Business Services adopts any rule affecting a type A or B rural hospital, the division shall take into consideration the risk assessment formula set forth in ORS 442.520 (2). [1991 c.947 §19] |
