§ 2054.051 BOARD OF DIRECTORS; COMPOSITION.
| (a) The company is governed by a board composed of nine members.
(b) The governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, shall appoint five board members. The company's policyholders shall elect the remaining members. History: Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 727, section 2, eff. April 1, 2007. |
